适用范围
本标准规定了鱼糜加工机械及其附属装置在设计、制造、安装及操作上的安全与卫生方面的一般技术要求。
本标准所指的鱼糜加工机械是指在开片、采肉、精滤、斩拌、擂溃、成型、烘烤、油炸、蒸煮、水煮、冷却等加工鱼糜制品中所使用的机械。如：鱼肉采取机、鱼糜精滤机、鱼糜擂溃机、鱼糜斩拌机（盘式、钵式），鱼糜制品成型机（鱼卷成型机、蒸煮鱼糕成型机、油炸鱼糕成型机、鱼丸成型机）、加热装置（鱼卷烘烤机、鱼糕蒸煮机、鱼糕油炸机）及冷却装置（鱼卷-油炸鱼糕冷却机、蒸煮鱼糕冷却机）等。 本标准适用于上款所列举的各类鱼糜加工机械。其他类型的鱼糜加工机械也可参照使用。
