【摘要】:ThispartofISO16232describestheprinciplesofextractionofcontaminantsfromacomponenteitherbyimmersioninanultrasonicbathorbyapplyingultrasonicvibrationsdirectlyviasonotrodes.Itispreferablyappliedtosmallandmediumsizedcomponentsofvariousgeometryofwhichbothinternaland/orexternalsurfaceshavetobeexamined(e.g.jointseals,gears,etc).Itisalsoapplicabletosmallpartstobeanalysedinbatches.ThismethodcanbeusedonitsownorinassociationwithothermethodsofextractiondescribedintheISO16232series.Unlessotherwisespecified,thispartofISO16232dealswithparticulatecontaminationonly.Itdoesnot,therefore,coverappearancedefectsorcontaminationbyliquidorgaseousmaterials.Itcoverstheamountandthenatureofresidualparticlesresultingfrommanufacturingprocessesandfromtheenvironment.
